If you don't have to have perfectly shaped balls, just use 2 spoon: one to dip with and the other to scape it off. Never touches your fingers.

I guess and spray the spoons? I might just try wet hands next time since they roll well

I don't spray the spoons. If any is left on them after dipping all the "batter" I just lick it off. Not enough there to have to count as anything.

Its just I find the protein so stuck on it’s less lickable and more scrape it off with your teethable and I’d prefer to get all of it in what I’m making

I made these this morning, with the wild berry yogurt packet and 2 T water, mixed, scooped and put in freezer. They were very tasty.

Any advice on how to not have the layer of stickiness all over your fingers before rolling?

I use a cookie dough scoop. If you don’t care how it looks you could literally leave it in the bowl and freeze. That’s what I plan to do next time.

I made some with chocolate chip pancake mix, chocolate drink mix, and a chocolate crispy, water, a packet of stevia and 1/8 teaspoon of vanilla.

all together. I broke up the crispy and mixed the dry ingredients. Then added about 4-5 tablespoons of water.
