I just got the frozen rhubarb and am going to try the ‘ice cream’ with torani strawberry sugar free syrup and IP vanilla drink!

I zap it in the microwave and add it to the oatmeal. I don’t add anything to it but you could if you wanted.

I get the frozen rhubarb and add it to the ready made chocolate or vanilla drinks for a smoothie or to the wild berry yogurt and freeze for an hour for ice cream.

Thanks so much for the ideas. No strawberry syrup in town so am waiting for the Amazon delivery. Really looking forward to this treat. I've always grown it, but now am in a condo. Never thought it might grow in a pot. Last year it was 4. 99/ lb in stores. Yesterday I paid 2. 99/ lb. still a crime since it grows like a weed!
