My husband and I both have tingly pins and needles in our hands. What does it mean if anything and has anyone else had this?

It’s possibly a low B-12. But.

Full hand or fingers? I was recently diagnosed with Reynaud’s. My hands get very cold, change colors, tingling pin like feeling.

Are you using the BCAA? And is it after taking it ?
by (740 points)
@tiffa yes. My husband and I had just taken it. My coach just replied to me and said the same thing. It freaked me out! I’m so glad there is an explanation! Thank you

@tiffa what is it about bcaa?
by (4.8k points)
@efficient1966 the BCAA has something in that open your veins so that it absorb better , in some people it cause the tingling feeling - @sudiesudnor is a pharmacist , coach and clinic owner and can explain more scientifically , but I called her thought it was an allergic reaction when it happened to one of my dieters the first time !
