@cloudscape there aren’t any bars from them that have low enough carbs for phase one.
by (2.1k points)
@cloudscape I haven’t see these numbers before. Good find. Again, I always say to discuss with your coach. Everyone on here has a different background medically or something clinical. Good luck on deciding

I believe this page is a  protocol page. subbing out IP foods for comparable ones is not protocol.

@dominate51 the ingredients is important. The carbs are important. Also the sugars Compare the protein and good ingredients to the ideal protein protocol bars. To learn that we all learn the truth of what we take in our bodies. The protocol is for you to decide. Following faithfully with definitely get you results. In a pinch we make decisions if we forget to bring one with us. We all have choices to make. It’s up to you and what you decide to do. I am on maintenance phase and have them once a week or every two weeks. That is my choice. I learn still on maintenance phase from what I can use from reading these posts. Everyone’s body registers food differently. Talk to your coach. Get informed and see what steps are better for you. Good luck

I know Built Bars meet protocol for Phase I, I am just asking if the coconut almond are protocol and if so, unrestricted or restricted?
by (830 points)
@contributor the only items that are protocol are IP products. to switch things out voids any guarantees made by the protocol. it is truly up to you to decide if you are in this or not. good luck with your journey

Why is it so hard to just follow the protocol?
by (2.1k points)
@jabon3 agreed. For whatever their reasons, they feel the need to question the process. It does work, if followed as the saying says “eat the sheet”. Not everyone can accept it fully. It worked for me. However, to each his/her own. LOL
