That isn't the new protocol sheet. Ideal Protein's new Logo will be on it along with new color scheme

@jalisajalisco83 Yes, it is. The heading isn’t the same, but everything it says is the new protocol. I just compared it to my new Ideal Protein sheet.

Phase 1 is now to be followed until you reach your weight loss goal. Your serving of lean protein should be 4-6 oz. There are new daily options that I do not see listed on here. multiple discrepancies
