Question

Talk to me about instapots. Is that a pressure cooker? (I actually got a pressure cooker as a wedding shower gift and my mother took it back and got me an ironing board instead. - I think they blew up alot back then ) How is it different from a crock pot? What the heck is it? lol

Its the most wonderful cooking invention this century. It is an electric pressure cooker. Can cook chicken from frozen in about 20 minutes. Pretty much any slower cooker recipe it can do in a fraction of the time. Ive made yogurt in it. Ive made cheesecake. I barely turn on the stove/oven on in the summer bc I use my instant pot daily.

What @chifforobe4947 said but we bought a Ninja foodie instead of an instant pot because the foodie is both an instant pot and air fryer.

I was gifted one and haven’t used it once. I guess I need to get it out and Pinterest some recipes. I’ll probably use it to cook the family meals. That’s the hardest part of being on the diet for me.
