Meal prepping is key for me. I know exactly what I’m eating every day and it’s readily available when I’m hungry so I don’t go off track . I also always keep a bar or two with me in case of emergency. Lol. And I love my fresh veggies. I pack a large ziplock each day with celery, bell peppers, fennel and cucumber. I make 5 bags up on Sunday when I prep my breakfasts and other snacks !
