I think I have a small Keto rash on my face. Anyone else get this? I’m putting cortisone on it, any other suggestions?

I had it, it went away fairly quickly but I used cortisone as well.

I have had that in the corners of my mouth the last 3 weeks and can not get rid of it. Tries multiple products
