You must be from UK? You need to purchase a doorbell transformer that can handle that load and then connect the doorbell to the doorbell transformer. If you connect your RVD 1 to 220V your going to start a fire or melt it.

I recently installed the Ring Doorbell 3 into my original doorbell wiring and the Ring 3 is working fine and indicates that it is charging but the old inside chime is not functioning.

I'm a current Ring user (have a Ring Doorbell Pro and Floodlight Camera) and am thinking of replacing my current monitored home security system (its back end is powered by Alarm.com) as the monitoring service will be up for renewal in a month.
