I just added it. Like I said, ring does not run this group. There is no guarantee anyone from ring will ever see anything. I guess you just need the attention and “validation” from the community? I’ve never once had an issue with a company, went and found a user run group, joined it, then complained about the issue. I just went to the company directly and just told them. You’re making more work for yourself. Or maybe it’s just you can have more shit to complain about when nothing gets done about your issue, since the relevant people didn’t see it. Companies have systems in place for a reason. When you email XYZ address, it makes a ticket in their support system and the right person sees it right away. No waiting for someone from ring to hopefully stumble across your post in their rounds around social media, with the 10 other tasks they have to do as well.
