I agree. At work, my cell phone signal is weak. I’ll log in from my work cpu and it’s extremely limited. You’d think it would be the other way around.

I've been a member of this group for several years now and it has always been monitored by a Ring representative. You should know this.

This is not an official ring group, however. Why post something here and hope someone from ring happens to see it, versus just going to ring and telling them directly? I never understood this. There is no guarantee ring will ever see anything you post here, since this group isn’t run by ring. If you need help from the police, would you call 911 directly, or would you post in a neighborhood group because “bob down the street is a cop and he is in this group”?

@mountfort1339 Like I said. I've been here for years now. At this point I don't mind throwing out a comment, hoping that someone from Ring might see it and reply. I get the same response time either way so who cares? Oh right. apparently, you do. and you don't even know what steps I've taken to resolve this. Do you have anything constructive to add?

I just added it. Like I said, ring does not run this group. There is no guarantee anyone from ring will ever see anything. I guess you just need the attention and “validation” from the community? I’ve never once had an issue with a company, went and found a user run group, joined it, then complained about the issue. I just went to the company directly and just told them. You’re making more work for yourself. Or maybe it’s just you can have more shit to complain about when nothing gets done about your issue, since the relevant people didn’t see it. Companies have systems in place for a reason. When you email XYZ address, it makes a ticket in their support system and the right person sees it right away. No waiting for someone from ring to hopefully stumble across your post in their rounds around social media, with the 10 other tasks they have to do as well.

@mountfort1339 I don't understand your issue with this. Ring monitors the group, who I am directing this towards, not yourself. Is that not getting through to you? How about we just let the question sit until someone qualified can respond if they want to. Thanks for your input.

Who is qualified more than ring? Just tell ring what you think directly. I just explained my issue. You posting here does nothing except boost your ego. I get it. You need validation. But if you actually want something done other than people saying “ooohhh yeahhhh” then you should contact ring directly and get your issue logged in their support systems. Not in a group that they don’t even run, hoping someone from ring might see your post.

It works on windows 10. But not very well and extremely limited for features compared to the android app version.

I don’t have ring but I have Blink the system and the cameras are Amazing!
