As far as dealer serviced platforms go it's one of the best. Regarding your other comment - is it an iOS update on your phone that made it stop working or the new OS for Control 4? C4's OS3 did brick some legacy devices but I really hope your dealer would have advised before going through with update. That said, it improved the interface A LOT and depending on your use could be a worthwhile upgrade. Also, For the new phone, you might want to check to make sure you're using the OS2 app. The first app you're going to see is for OS3 and if i recall correctly the OS2 app might actually be listed as a watch app.
