Decide on a hub first. I wouldn't consider a dashboard a deciding feature of any hub. Device support, reliability, and automation capabilities are far more important. "Interfaces" come and go.

If you have ethernet, then yes - you just need a PoE switch on one side and a PoE to USB adapter on the other.
