With only a week notice, going to start paying to keep functionality. Might look at hubitat.

good idea Also check out homey. app. We saw them at CES and they are coming soon to the USA. It’s local control, has a backup service and works with many radios. We posted a video from their demo on appmyhome’s YouTube channel.

So my quest continues now in another direction after a lot of faffing about I find that my to link router has a max load of 32 devices and when asking tech help at tp link they said all of Thier VDSL routers are max 32 devices.

Nest or Tado? Need something to control boiler, water, underfloor heating and because there are only two of us I would like to be able to control rooms upstairs separately and our cellar is quite cold so I need the flexibility to keep that radiator on longer etc.
