With only a week notice, going to start paying to keep functionality. Might look at hubitat.

@mock1 good idea Also check out homey. app. We saw them at CES and they are coming soon to the USA. It’s local control, has a backup service and works with many radios. We posted a video from their demo on appmyhome’s YouTube channel.

We switched to Samsung’s SmartThings hub for all of our cabins some months ago. We have been very happy!
