Quick question - I have a Go Control garage door opener connected to ST. I have a scene in ST to open and close garage and they work as they should. I have an alexa routine that triggers the scene upon saying a given phrase (no the phrase doesn't include "open garage") but they stopped working from Alexa vocie commands. The scene still works from within the ST app though. Suggestions?

I can't get half my ST scenes to even show up in Alexa. Also been trying to get GoControl working with Alexa

Look in SmartThings messages and see if it's blocking the action. Also I have two of these devices so I setup new Open Garage and Close Garage scenes and Alexa voice routines to trigger them as you have yours setup. Both worked perfectly. In case it matters for troubleshooting, I used SmartThings NewApp to create the scenes so these are 'new' scenes. I believe im still using the classic SmartThings Alexa skill because I've been setup for a long time and have not updated the SmartThings Alexa integration for literally months.

It's a limitation with Alexa/Amazon. They do not allow door locks or garage doors to be tied to Alexa routines, and it even says as much in the ST Alexa SmartApp. Scenes and routines with unsupported devices will not work with Alexa. Your way around it would be to create a virtual momentary button or switch to trigger with Alexa, and then to have your scene or routine activate based on the status of that button or switch.
