I hope someone has positive experience with pairing z-wave Inovelli switch time SmartThings. They recommend hit Config button for 3 times to get Notification bar blinking in blue. I have no response after recommended actions. I reset the switch as recommender. Another question: Are Inovelli switches really not compatible with Classic App?
I hope someone has positive experience with pairing z-wave Inovelli switch time SmartThings.

I have 5 of them and absolutely love them. I would replace every switch in my house if i could LOL. Every one of them has worked perfectly for me. I would reach out to their support. I just hit config three times quickly and then hit scan and it adds immediately.

Yes. I have two of them. Work as intended. Once I couldn’t see it in software, I cycled the breaker and it came back up.

Try re-publishing their custom dev ie handler, excluding the switch and re-pairing.

I'd try three times fast and if that doesn't work try a little slower but still three times. You could also pull the air gap switch for a few seconds then push it back in to reboot the switch before trying to see if that helps

I've been having nothing but trouble with my inovelli switches. I have 3 inovelli switches and I had trouble adding two of them to the hub. In the past 4 years I've never had issues adding a device. Eventually I got them added but now I'm having an issue with the switches randomly turning on. I have no idea what's causing it but I think I might be done with inovelli. Maybe after they get certified for local control it will get better.

@nabob39 love your YouTube videos on home automation and AV. I didn't have any issues adding any of mine. I'm currently just dealing with the dimmer red series models losing their notification light setting when the switch is physically interacted with. And about 2-3 times now for various switches they got stuck in an unresponsive state and I had to pull the air gap. I've had that happen with some of my GE's over the years as well. I'm hoping that the certification and new firmware do bring some more consistent functionality though.

Thank you to all. Unfortunately I do not see any attempts for pairing, no blue lights blinking after 3x hitting of Config button. I forgot to mention switch LZW30 belongs to Black group of Inovelli products.

There is an alternate pairing mode by hitting the button 6 times or something like that

Guys, there was very simple solution. I received advise from Inovelli founder Eric. He suggested me to perform 3-x hitting of Config button faster. I was surprised it helped. For now both Inovelli switches has been included. Thank all of you for help attempt.
