I currently have 2 sensors and 4 lights that are offline. I have emailed SmartThings which was telling me to reboot the hub etc. I had already done that before I emailed them. Any suggestions?

Just wait. They will likely come online. Be sure to turn off device health

Try to run the Z-wave repair utility in ST first log Out then log back in

I am trying that now, of course I'm at work and I turned the lights off manually so they would not be on all day.

@crabstick4604 what is a repeater? I have had this for about 4 years and this is the first time I have had an issue.

I would wait it out, or reboot everything, leave the hub unplugged from all power for at least 15 minutes this will force the zigbee mesh to rebuild, . Also turn off device health and make sure if you are using the new app to check the old app and see if they are offline there also.
