Today I switched from green to blue. Been on green for 5 weeks and lost 7. Kinda slow, but I think that’s the best way for me to keep it off. I think this is going to be a better fit for me. Also tired of all the tracking, this will be less of that. Let me know how your experience was switching plans?

Why will it be less tracking?
by (2.1k points)
@declared because you don’t need to track 0pt foods. That’s one of the reasons I love blue!

@declared I always track everything even zero points foods ✅. Nothing is free, it has carbs, calories and sugar. There is no way to remember zero point foods if you don’t track them. Same goes for water ! Most people don’t give it enough of a chance before switching.

Healthy weightloss is . 5-2 pounds a week. You’re averaging almost 1. 5 I think that’s pretty good!

@bales thanks! I’m happy with the program for sure. I need to step up the exercise and that will help too.

I follow blue too and feel it’s the best fit for me. My body is weird though. I do better if I eat all my daily points and my weeklies. I was in the negatives for my weeklies x 2 weeks and lost a pound each week. If I stay with just my dailies. I don’t lose. Just have to find that right mix!
