I love mine you can just put a bunch of stuff off a recipe and you put the lid on and it’s done . really fast ! You pick what you are cooking push a button and that’s it !

I have a George Foreman grill. I use it regularly to grill lean meat. All I have to do is add a side and salad.

I have an Instant Pot and an air fryer. I do a lot of cooking but find I use the air fryer more. For someone who doesn't cook I think the Instant Pot requires more of a learning curve. Air fryer is my go to for chicken breasts etc. So moist and tender.

I feel like no one owns a grill, we grill meat and veggies for dinner and bring the leftovers for lunch. Cooking, grilling, IP . you only get better with practice. Don’t just say you can’t cook, do your best and you will get better

I have instapot and airfryer. I’ve used the instapot once, I use my air fryer a lot. If your not into cooking I wouldn’t waste the money on the instapot. I air fry a whole chicken, taste just like a rotisserie, wings, nice and crispy, sweet potato fries, salmon etc.

I love meal planning and trying new recipes. I like grocery shopping. I love food shows cookbooks and Pinerest. Just don't love cooking as much! Lol! I like quick and easy meals. More assembling ingredients and less actual cooking. @ashleytrackspoints on Instagram has some great ideas. I just bought an air fryer ($30 at Best Buy and it works great! ). I love it and think I will be using it a lot.

@footway been doing this for 40 years, it works. Lie on bed do lower body/core work while watching tv. Leg lifts/various versions, sit ups, etc. Have someone show you safe and effective ways to work out. Time will fly, do it daily. No excuses not to move.

I was able to make meals in minutes. I only use chicken, haven't tried other meats, but I've made Omlettes in it which is quick and easy, but I also meal prep and it took me less then 30 minutes for about 2 weeks of lunches. Meal 1: Chicken with black beans, peppers, onions, and fajita seasoning (sometimes I will eat this with cauli rice or on a couple "street taco" tortillas , Meal 2: Chicken with stirfry vegetables and a toasted sesame dressing (sometimes I'll eat this with cauli rice or a couple potstickers) Meal 3: Chicken with sweet potatoes and green beans with bbq sauce, Meal 4: Chicken with yellow squash, peppers, onions and fresh marinara sauce an a little fresh parmesan. For each meal I used frozen chicken tenderlions, and fresh or frozen veggies, and put them all in a ziplock freezer bag. When I want to eat I just pour the contents of the bag into my microwave steamer and pop it in the microwave for 8 minutes.

@ready Sherlock what a great idea.

@energid Hefler Fisher I've got hashimotos and that comes with bad fatigue with spurts of energy so I try to use the energy for meal prepping to try to stay on track.

I’m not a cook either. The crock pot is my friend though I’m looking into an instapot. I roast veggies and chicken. It is easy to prepare and tasty. We have tacos once a week. I have my taco as a salad. We usually have Rotisserie chicken once a week with a salad and now I get green beans for myself and Mac and cheese for the family.

Rotisserie chicken, salad, sides fruit - i I rarely cooked - my hubby did most whe he was alive. My idea of dinner was chips and cookies. Did some frozen dinners when I started too. And now, after losing and maintaining - I now cook to some degree! if you like soups I’d suggest a vita mix
