I was able to make meals in minutes. I only use chicken, haven't tried other meats, but I've made Omlettes in it which is quick and easy, but I also meal prep and it took me less then 30 minutes for about 2 weeks of lunches. Meal 1: Chicken with black beans, peppers, onions, and fajita seasoning (sometimes I will eat this with cauli rice or on a couple "street taco" tortillas , Meal 2: Chicken with stirfry vegetables and a toasted sesame dressing (sometimes I'll eat this with cauli rice or a couple potstickers) Meal 3: Chicken with sweet potatoes and green beans with bbq sauce, Meal 4: Chicken with yellow squash, peppers, onions and fresh marinara sauce an a little fresh parmesan. For each meal I used frozen chicken tenderlions, and fresh or frozen veggies, and put them all in a ziplock freezer bag. When I want to eat I just pour the contents of the bag into my microwave steamer and pop it in the microwave for 8 minutes.
