I myself like crunchy. For me, I eat a lot of baby raw carrots. Crunch crunch crunch! But if I want sweet, I go to Jello sugar Free. Sometimes skinny pop

I like bananas and apples! Goldfish crackers (55 pieces for 4pts) mmmm! Lol . I also do protein bars (pb&choc) and only eat half for 3 points. Cut up veggies and turkey chunks are yummy too.

Frozen grapes- thick banana slice with chocolate syrup and lite cool whip, frozen- yogurt and berries- fruit- lemon or lime popsicle smashed up with fresh raspberries on top.

I like to make chocolate mug cake protein muffins. 1 scoop of protein powder, 1T cocoa. 1T self rising flour, 1 egg white, 1T swerve, 1/4 cup or more of almond milk. Top with light cool whip. I add in lily chocolate chips or pb2 sometimes too. Not bad, kills the craving, and protein!
