Thinking about changing to green ‍♀️. On blue now but the scale isn’t budging? I hope counting all foods will bring some success! Anyone else do this?

I just did . I was still losing on blue but I felt like I needed to kind of tighten up my portions a little bit

I switched from blue to green. I’m losing again. I need the structure of tracking everything. If blue isn’t working for you, try green for two weeks. but measure and weigh everything. You will see the scale start going down for sure

Before you switch try eating different foods. If you eat salad with chicken for lunch try tuna with corn. Shake it up. Good luck! I went from blue to green and back to blue. They all work !
