This time I lost 7 pounds the first week and now I keep bouncing back and forth with the same 2 to 3 pounds. Gaining and the. Losing them, then gaining them back. I have been on the program for 5 weeks now, with no additional loss beyond that first week. I track everything, I measure my portions, I am very careful. I will confess to drinking about 2-3 beers a few times a week but I always track them. I have gone over my points maybe a total of 4 days, total. But I dipped into my weeklies and tracked everything. I have not added exercise yet but I usually don’t add exercise until about the 8th week. WHAT IS GOING ON?!?
