Today is my weight in day and after a week of poop I am ready to have my safe little weeklies in my stash. Focusing with a plan this week to stay on track and eat wise. With that said I am getting tired of veggies. Do you guys have any ideas on how to make them more appealing?

Oven roasted! Sprinkle feta cheese on in the last 8 minutes or so!
