I am a lifetime member, from 2002 I think? I am struggling to switch my mind over from the old points values to one of the new plans. My mind has been programed. Should I just stick with what I know, or is it really worth retraining my dang brain. I would like to lose about 20lbs, which will significantly help my blood pressure. Anyone do points values years ago and now having success on a new plan? If so, which version. Thanks all!

I find that the green plan is closest to what I was used to. I did weight watchers back on 2008.

I did try blue, but for me there were too many zero point foods and I was struggling to see much of a loss, so I switched to green.

@blind yes! And that was the problem for me, I ate a bunch of zero point foods (too much) and I wasn’t losing like I should have. I do like green. Only fruits and vegetables are zero points. It is the closest to the old way I was used to and had so much success with!

Stick with what you know, if you are maintaining, it works

I found all my old logs from 2000 when I easily lost 30 pounds, right before I got pregnant . I feel like I should just follow that, I am struggling now.

I am also Lifetime for many years, attend weekly meetings. Weigh in monthly. I always changed to a "new" plan when WW made changes. I am now following  and love it!

I prefer the old point values. Much more livable and I was very successful. Not so much anymore with the new point values.

@blind I too am on green, with the exception of point values, more like the old plan.
