I just joined weight watchers again today. I am up about 10 to 15 pounds from when I stopped weight watchers about a year ago. I think the weight gain is due to not eating enough, ♀️. My habits have turned into drinking a pot of coffee with no sugar creamer throughout the morning at work, a big salad or a sandwich for lunch and a light snack in the evening. It feels like whatever I eat just sticks, and I feel like my digestion is even slower these days. Hoping to restart my metabolism. Any suggestions on the best way to accomplish this?
