I'm in my 7th week, and just had the worst weekend since I started. Totally blew all my weeklies and then some. Anyone else have this happen and be able to at least not regain any of the weight they've lost? What did you do to recover?

I stayed the same and did the same after 3 weeks. I just have confidence that over time I'm going to relearn habits, and the positive changes in my body and mind are already enough to make me keep going!

I think we have all done it! Start fresh today, try to avoid processed foods and sweets (even fake) for a few days to let your system get back on track too. You'll start to feel better and lose some of the bloat from the weekend. Most of all don't stress, two days in the big picture is no big deal, just don't let it become two weeks!

Drink lots of water and get back on track. You’ll be okay.
