So I'm on night shift and cant switch to days until May. Any ideas how I can get exercise in my crazy schedule? I'm so tired when I get home in the morning. I take kids to school and go to bed. ugh. any suggestions would be great! Thanks

Maybe try and and get some in on your day's off. It can be a struggle. If you feel good after you come home and sleep, maybe you can squeeze in a workout before you leave. You do what you can.

Can you walk laps on your break? If not, just park further. Stand while folding laundry. Take stairs. Every little bit helps!

Are there stairs where you work? If so, take them as often as possible. Try parking your car as far away from any place you go & get as many steps in (I walk every isle of the grocery store even if I only need one thing. it really does make a difference at the end of the day). You’d be surprised how little adjustments add up. Good luck!
