I’ve been doing pretty well on WW since starting in January. Tracking my food, walking, drinking water and losing weight every week but one. But today for some reason, I’m staying hungry. I’ve just been obsessing about food. This is the worst it’s been since the start. What is up with this? Ugh

Feel the same way. All I wanted today was lots of comfort foods and cookie dough ‍♀️Had a really rough day but tomorrow I will start over.

Yes it is I keep a big bowl of Clementines on my table that are easy to reach for just incase I am hungry and craving something sweet. That has helped me plus they are so little I eat three and really feel like I have done something great.

Funny you posted this today. I’ve been more hungry lately; not just bored but more hungry. I started in January, drink plenty of water, track my food exercise etc. I think I’m walking more and exercising more but yeah, hard to curb the hunger.

@peel6 Do talk to the Gp. Could possibly be a blood sugar issue.

@cypripedium7 that is what I was thinking, but he checks blood sugar every three months and levels are normal.

Eat some healthy protein and down a glass of water. Sometime I put myself in time out and go do something busy in my room away from the kitchen

Then eat! That’s what I do on those days it’s the only thing that fixes the problem. Get back on track tomorrow

@revulsive I’ve been trying to stay in the “eat to live, don’t live to eat” mindset and been doing well. I’ve splurged a meal here and there but nothing I didn’t have a handle on. It’s this obsessing about it that’s got me in my crazy zone. Boredom maybe? Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.
