I went from 169 to 121 and maintainted for 2 years now. I have a facebook page where I post daily what I eat. @wwbentnotbroken

@inure It varies. I try for at least 3 days. I've been doing step bet challenges. So if I can't get a workout in I'm at least getting my steps in everyday

I'm not at my goal weight yet but I think the meetings are definitely worth it. I never miss a meeting unless I'm out of town. Keeps me honest and motivated.

I've never attended a MTG. I do online only. I started Jan 3 2019. I am down 77lbs.

Started at 160 and an now 119. Took about 6 months on the blue plan. I have a page. living and losing with ww freestyle. You can check that out and see what I eat.

I lost 60 pounds on green after I had my daughter and then gained back 13 on blue. I’m back on green again.

Meetings are fantastic. I tried several times on my own online but I like the extra support/accountability, extra hand out info you get and the extra charms for incentives.

Went from 262 lbs to 183. 2, so 78. 8 lbs. About 15lbs to goal. Granted, I started before the choice of 3 programs but I started on Smart Points Beyond the Scale (which is now Green) and continued on Freestyle (which is now Blue) and now on the new Purple, so, while technically not the "new" program, I have lost on all three of what is offered now! And, for me, I really believe I couldn't have done it without the meetings.

Myself personally I never would have reached goal without meetings. I still attend my weekly meetings and weigh every Friday. I'm celebrating my 26th year anniversary as a Lifetime Member this month. WW is for life. ⚘

Me! I went to meetings consistently all summer but had to stop once the school year started. I've kept on going and am ounces away from goal.

The new program hasn't been around long enough. The Blue is more like Freestyle so many have.

I lot 82 pounds and WW was a big part. I did other weight loss programs which set up for being successful on Ww. They taught me to use Whole Foods and stay away from processed foods. No artificial sweeteners. Stevia or monk fruit. I have been at goal for 3 years. Meetings are good if you need accountability. The blue dot is all I need. Wishing you the best. I’m on purple.

@rattly mostly. Too many chemicals that your body store because it doesn’t recognize it. I don’t use things like sugar free cake mixes etc. that made a world of difference in my health. Haven’t had cold or flu in 3 years. So worth it.
