I hate water, too. My gastroenterologist told me liquid is liquid when it comes to what your body needs. Of course calories (points) and caffeine (dehydrating) go against you. But if it's caffeine free and has other sweeteners besides sugar/honey, it counts. So I drink ICE flavored drinks and tea w/ creamer (I count the points for creamer), and coffee, and they count as water, as far as your body is concerned.

@dorella I used to have to make myself drink 1 bottle a day (16. 9 oz). Not because I didn’t like it, just because I do not drink enough liquids! I am now drinking mostly 6 bottles a day (102 oz)! I chug at least 2-3 a day but so glad I am now! I’m not swollen anymore and my joints in my hands and feet don’t ache like they used to! Just have to make yourself in the beginning then you adjust!

I didn’t use to drink water very much. I knew I needed it, but it just didn’t have a good taste. So a friend whom is a healthy person suggested I added lemon  to my water or fruit sliced. I started using lemon slices and now I’m drinking water and it tastes so good. I even slice lime for my daily green tea  with stevia sweetener. Also, another good one with great benefits. Look up benefits of lime and lemon for anyone struggling with water consumption. It’s great

I made the double chocolate muffins on the WW app. Had two for breakfast with a cup of tea. Helped me with my cravings of chocolate all day long. I can eat chocolate all day long too

I started on a note pad numbered up to 11, to cross off how many cups of water I did drink. Got up to 9X8oz. yesterday. That was good, will strive for more. Coach suggested 11 cups of 8 oz. 72 oz!

@fenestella I make a concoction, 4 cups of brewed green tea, 4 cups of water, 1 sliced cucumber, skin on, 4TBSP of ACV, one juice of lemon, cayenne pepper, it makes 64 ounces. Drink it while you exercise and your done. I haven't lost pounds, but all my skinny close fit, and my skin looks beautiful. When I get dressed in the morning I'm pleased with the way I look. I'm 66, and feel great!

@va98 an easy way to increase water intake - each day (start at an amount you can realistically do) add 1/4 or 1/2 c. each day till you get to the 8 glasses we’re suppose to drink.
