I hate water, too. My gastroenterologist told me liquid is liquid when it comes to what your body needs. Of course calories (points) and caffeine (dehydrating) go against you. But if it's caffeine free and has other sweeteners besides sugar/honey, it counts. So I drink ICE flavored drinks and tea w/ creamer (I count the points for creamer), and coffee, and they count as water, as far as your body is concerned.
