I’m on blue. almost 3 months now. I lost 19 the first month! And nothing since! I have not cheated and I walk 30-60 minutes/ day & bike ride 6 miles 5 days a week on top of that! I’m getting very discouraged

19 pounds is a lot of weight to lose in a month. It sounds like your body is adjusting. stay the course the weight will come off.

Are you getting enough protein? You are executing healthy habits for your body which is the right idea. Just change something small in your routine to find out why the scale is not responding. Keep up the good work and be kind to yourself!

Walking helps get you in better shape but don't expect it to make you lose more weight. I does get you away from food however. Watch what you eat and make sure you change it up once in awhile. It depends on how much weight you have to lose, the closer to goal weight the slower it comes off.

Although we’d like it to move faster, healthy weight loss is around 1-2 lbs per week. You’re really right on track. More importantly you’re developing good habits and improving your health. Be patient with the process. It works.

Thank you so much for asking about this. I have lost 9 pounds and have stayed the same the past 2 weeks. I also stay within my points I rarely use my weekly points. I drink about 70 to 90 ounces of water and walk 45 min a day. I have been on the Blue plan for about 4 weeks.

Well, slow is better! It's more likely you'll keep it off. I think you should eat some weeklies. Sometimes we eat too little for what we do. I eat some weeklies every week. Very slow but steady!

Eat more. Drink water. Watch your sugar/carbs. Continue exercising and change up your routine. Incorporate weights and strength training if possible. Eat a high fat, red meat meal occasionally. Good luck!

You should eat your points. If you don’t your body is holding onto the fat to survive. Your not getting enough nutrition, especially since you are exercising and burning more calories. I did that the last time I was on WW, told I was not eating enough.

Yes eat the points available to you. Also note that while eating fruits and veggies is great they also have calories involved. Examples bananas have many calories and carbs, while good for you they are still taking up belly room. You can do this!

If u exercised before, say in high school ur body may be more resistant. U may need to increase the cardio aspect, like biking, running, etc. I have the same problem. My body needs a great deal of exercise despite the K-cal depletion. Good luck, BTW

Your building muscle and lossing fat. muscel is heavier then fat. so I have been told. check with a local trainer. may need to do other body moves to remove the fat you want. I believe you doing great. just need to fine tune. women retain fat in parts of her body. due to DNA. /family history. so I have been told. keep up the good work.

When I worked in a hospital I walked. 7 to 10 miles aday I was in my 40's I ate and drank 5 to 7000 calories daily. Walking needs a lot of fuel! It's a great fat burner.
