I started with trying out the old P+ because it worked for me in the past, but then moved on to blue, and still nothing. I switched to Green about two weeks ago, and have at least lost something, but the major difference is how my body seemed to look better ( green + weight training ) I actually felt it, and even people have noticed. I also make sure I don't weight in the day of or after I do any weights. I'd you do then don't surprised, if you are the same or have gained a small amount of water weight, due to your body recovering. There are a few other changes I made, but they were probably my fault
