What are your tips for getting in more water? I will go all day and realize I haven't even had one glass! Especially in the winter when its cold out.

I bought this bottle on Amazon, I saw it posted by another member, and fell in love with it, and I work with the public, so people ask me if I am behind or ahead and it reminds me to get busy lol

I've been looking at these! How many ounces is it? I try to drink 100-120 ounces a day and I need a new water bottle!

I got tired of counting glasses of water, so I track my output instead. I found an app for my iPhone called Pee & See that reminds me if I haven't urinated after 3 hours and every half our after that. Then I can refill my water at any time because I don't have to measure it. Another convenience is I can use it on my Apple Watch.

If you can, go and buy three 24 oz water bottles. ( dollar store ). Fill them up and and make it your goal to finish all three. It’s a good reminder. I leave mine out of the fridge in the winter.

I chug a glass while I'm waiting for my coffee to brew. Then I carry a huge insulated cup with me all day to drink. It has to be super cold though! Lots of ice.

I drink 100 ounces a day. I drink iced cold water in a 20 ounce tumbler with a straw. Sometimes I put a celestial seasonings tea bag in my cup for a little flavor(they have some great flavors). The more you drink, the more you will want to drink.

I always fill my water bottle when I get my first cup of coffee. If I refill my coffee, I refill the bottle. It's a way to keep the balance of drinking water while enjoying something else. My mom used to make us finish our water before we were allowed to drink anything else. That helped train me as a kid. :)

I don’t have that problem at work but on weekends sometimes that happens. So I’ve just been filling up a glass first thing in the morning and leave it sitting on the counter. Every time I go in I drink some

I have my Tupperware 36oz water bottle. Fill it 1st thing of a morning, finish by 2 pm then refill and finish b4 bedtime. And even drink my coffee in between.

The 1st thing I do every morning before I have my coffee is drink 2 cups of water right away. That gets me 1/4 of the way done if I have 8 a day.

I love Soda Steam! And I carry the sparkling water in a contigo with ice. Add lemon and lime wedges. It's delicious, no points, refreshing, environmentally friendly and convenient. You can adjust the amount of carbonation you prefer. Often I use half soda stream half water. Yum

@heroism! I keep an easy to drink straw top water bottle with me, as well as a 40 oz hydra flask to refill. If I am running around with kids and forget my water bottle, it get a trenta ice water at Starbucks. Nice a cold. When I get sick of plain water, I put lime or lemon or cucumber in it! Way to go at adding more water!

Fill a large water bottle with water. Add a slice of lemon, orange, etc. if you like the look and taste of it. Keep it buy you at work and home so you are reminded to keep drinking during the day.

I have my 40 oz hydro flask all day every day. Try to drink 2. I have created a habit now BUT my Mom sets an alarm on the phone to go off every 20 min to remind her to drink until she creates that habit

Water reminder app. I have it set so it vibrates my garmin every hour. And I drink at least 9 oz at each reminder, plus whatever I sip throughout the day.

I bought an 80 oz bottle ( half my body weight in ounces ) , it gets filled in the morning and goes with me everywhere . I just work at it till I’m done . Trust me after having a kidney stone you won’t want to slack off with your water . Dehydration is so hard on your body

Put 6-8 hair ties on your wrist every morning . each time you consume a 16 ounce bottle of water , remove one hair tie . make sure there are no more hair ties on your wrist by 8 PM. (Or 2 hours before bed).
