So I am back on WW today  and I do not know how I did 'black' coffee before  YUCK! what is your go to coffee tips/tricks? ‍♀️ I use sweet cream almond creamer but its 2pts/Tbsp YIKES!

I don't drink coffee, but in my tea I add monkfruit sweetener (Lakanto) which doesn't have the weird taste/aftertaste of so many natural no cal sweeteners, and 2 Tbsp of lowfat Half & Half, and it's only 1 pt on blue.

You can use monk fruit sugar substitute. 0 points and all natural without a bad after taste that some sugar substitutes leave

Drink tea ☕️ LOL just milk that’s what I do in the a. m. but 2 tbsp cream is only 2 points and I use stevia or Splenda for 0 points. if you have to have your coffee. but it would add up if you drink more then one. get your measuring spoon out. LOL

I use low-fat milk and don’t count it. It’s probably zero points anyway. Have never counted it. Lost a lot of weight.

I drink decaf black but it has to be a good coffee otherwise I need creamer. I like Starbucks decaf breakfast blend or decaf French roast, a nice dark roast. I can’t have caffeine so it’s hard to find good coffee.

I use a premeir protein shake, sometimes vanilla sometimes chocolate. it is only 2points for the whole shake so I add what I want. I can usually get 4cups of coffee from one shake. then I track 1/2 shake for my 2 cups of coffee each day, plus it can be breakfast too!
