I want to make this dough one of these days but there is a shortage of self rising flour in my area

If you have regular, all purpose flour you can add 1/2 tsp salt and 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder to one cup of flour it to make it into self-rising flour.

I sprayed the circles with butter spray, sprinkled with garlic powder and italian seasoning, then a bit of sea salt and baked them. Great served warm with a soup or stew.
