You can eat whatever you want. And at the same time, think about what is does to your body. Think about the Happiness you feel when loosing weight, being fit, be full of joy with friends and family. What nutritons your body doesn’t get at this point, and what it does deserve. Be thankful for your body, where it took you already. So no restrictions, just awareness. Compliment yourself for every small change) - meditation (in general, but you also have special weight loss meditation on youtube) - hobbies (excitement & distraction)
