I have eaten myself sick. I could tell I had too much food in my stomach. I went and threw up in the toilet and I feel like I am going to again. I was going to eat bad tomorrow and Sunday and start over on Monday but maybe I should start after I wake up. I could maybe start a new streak. But the thing is ? I'd be right back to where I was before I ate bad at all. And how do I know the whole thing wouldn't start back over ?

Don't be so hard on yourself. None of us can be perfect. You have done a great job. Rest and start again. Sorry you feel do bad.

I over rate DQ last night. Only ate half the fries. Ate the sundae.

Just set yourself to restart and say a new day, a new start. We all have bad days. Retrain your brain to good things.

Remember that horrible feeling of being so full. Then think. Do I want to feel like that again? It might be yes but chances are it will be no. Try to hit the reset and move ahead.

The first thing stop beating your self up put a line under it what happens has happened try and reward your self with out food and self sooth with out using food or drink like do well bye some candles have warm bubble bath with candales reward self sooth by that magazine or colouring book and read it in the sun reward and sooth keep in touch love to hear from you you have done the hardest thing reaching out

It happens to all of us. This week was a crap shoot for me first week since January. Put on my big girl pants this morning and got back in the saddle. You have to give yourself room to make mistakes

First don't beat yourself up 2 don't think of anything that you'll do in the future 3 just take one step at a time and one meal at a time just take care of that meal that you're going to do now and the rest will take care of itself if you take care of that meal 4 set little goals example I'm going to drink so much water today and work on that today tomorrow for the week until you accomplish that or whatever your goal is and if you work on those little goals and just work on one meal at a time then the rest will take care of itself
