I pay very close attention to my food intake, exercise, water, etc. And if I gain, I’m almost always very aware of why (that day I went over in points, that night I had pizza, haven’t been very active, etc. ). But I have zero clue about this one. Only thing I can think of. This past Tuesday I started taking Prednisone (corticosteroids) for hives I mentioned in a previous post. 3 pills each morning for past 5 days, then 2 per day for 5 days, then 1 per day for 5 days. Fortunately, this isn’t a long-term thing. Just 10 more days. Could it be the Prednisone?
