Before I was online I used to weigh in at 5. 30 and I used to eat the same if not similar foods on weigh in day each week and wear the same leggings and tshirt every week xxx

@dissentious I do the same as you but always pack a snack to eat at the meeting. I feel the key to success on the program is staying for the meetings!

What does it matter? Your weight fluctuates daily. It’s the over all loss over time that counts.

Of course, why would you not eat till that late in the evening, just keep it consistent

Can you weigh in on a different day that has an early morning meeting?

If you have followed the plan all week you shouldn't have to worry about what time you weigh in. What you've lost will show up. The difference will be slight. Do you wear the same clothes/shoes to your weigh in? A different outfit/shoes will make a difference also. It's staying the course that will matter!

I get weighed 6. 30 pm I have a normal breakfast, usually the WW crackers with cheese spread & some chicken with pack of Ww crisps or if I’m out I have a subway salad, don’t have gallons of Fluid after about 2 ( but if I get thirsty then I have some water to quench), I then have my main meal after workshop. Everyone is different though I know someone that has her main meal before weigh in every week & it balances out. X

I weigh myself daily 1st thing in AM. My weight can vary up/down @6ish# in a day. Guess that's why many don't weigh daily. Keeps me on track.

Weighing yourself in the morning is most likely the best time or after training.

I weigh in at 6 in the afternoon. I wait to eat dinner but otherwise eat normally. You will lose weight, but if you are starving yourself for a number, you are creating a unhealthy relationship with the scale. I personally do not care about my meeting weight. If you need to, manually track yours the following morning or the morning of and insert that weight. You can delete the meeting weight if you wish too.

My meeting is at 5 and I do try for a light lunch earlier than my usual 2 o’clock, plus I try to stop liquids by 2 or 3. No need for them to weigh that!  good luck!

Luckily my weigh in, today, is on my day off. I try to eat breakfast around 10. I don't eat or drink anything after noon. Weigh in is at 4:30

As long as you do the same every week then it's a true weigh in. I eat like it's a normal day.

You will weigh more at night so start from then. You have to eat so know it's not an actual weigh gain

@bad agree. Just make a New baseline that accounts for the food you ate. It’s all relative. You might not show a loss the first week but will after that.

We weigh in st 6:30pm. Eat a normal breakfast, a lighter lunch like salad or soup(not the it really matters what you eat as long as you still eat) dinner after weigh in. Seems to work for us.

For me I eat like I would normally do snacks included. I don’t always make my regular meeting and have to go to an evening weigh in and I try to remember that my weight will go up and down. If you’re changing to a later one it will become normal again. Have a great Monday. Just remember it’s all about you and you got this.

My weigh in is Tuesday at 6 pm. On that day I eat light. Some 0 point protein foods. Just enough so I don't feel like I'm starving. I also take a snack to eat at my workshop.

I weigh in at 5:30 pm and my weight is usually higher. My morning weight is my true weight. I think it’s unfair weight watchers uses an evening weight knowing mostly everyone’s weight will be higher. I weigh myself every morning in my birthday suit

If you just eat like a normal day every week, then every week will show you what's changed. Not eating so that you can weigh in seems counter-intuitive to me.
