I start again. Whatever pain may come, today this ends.I start again. Whatever pain may come, today this ends. -Chester Bennington You were doing good on your weight loss journey. You were eating and drinking healthy. You were exercising. Then it all got to be too much. The depression. The anxiety. The loneliness. The low self-esteem. The suicidal thoughts. So, you kinda slipped up. You ate bad a couple times just to cope with the pain. You did it to get relief from the stress. You wanted to at least get something good our of the pain, even though you knew it was just making things worse in the long run. Those couple times turned into a few times. Those few times turned into a lot of times. Next thing you knew, you had gained some of the weight back. Maybe you even gained all of it back. And ya know what ? It's ok. It is all ok. You aren't a robot. You are human. You are allowed to slip up and maybe even completely fall off. You may have fallen or failed but you are ALIVE. You are alive so there is hope. You did it before and you can do it again. I have gone on multiple weight loss streaks, only for it all to end. I know it hurts. I also know that failure is NOT the end. I am currently on day 64 of my new streak. I got my hope back and so can you. The first thing is to tell yourself that you CAN do it. It all starts in your head. Tell yourself, "I am stronger than I realize. " Like @goblet96 Duritz sings, you just have to get back to basics. It all starts with taking the first step. One step eventually turns into a mile. Have determination in your heart. Look for something good in every single day. You can do it. You will do it. You DESERVE it. So like Chris Daughtry sings, why not start right now ? There IS hope. It all starts in your heart. You can do it. You are going to be just fine. Hope is like lost car keys, easy to lose but you can find it if you look hard enough-Superman It'll all be alright-Kacey Musgraves Everything's gonna be alright-Shawn Mullins
