The old WW plans wanted you to use all your points. Now, it is NOT necessary. There are now healthy eating zones that WW recommends, and if you stay within it, they will award you with a blue dot on a calendar. The zones are: Green --10 under your dailies to +8. Blue is -13 of your dailies to +8 over, and purple is -11 under your dailies to +8 over. I am on purple and get 16 daily, so my zone is between 5 points and 24 points. In addition, if you have 4 dailies remaining at the end of the day, they will get added to your weeklies. Hope this helps.
