What's a healthy low point cold cereal to have? Sometimes I crave cereal with milk for breakfast so badly, but I don't want to mess up the flow of my wt loss and/or gain weight? Suggestions anyone?

Cereal for me is not a satisfying meal. My stomach growls an hour later for food. However it's one of my favorite snacks.

Why almond milk?
by (8.4k points)
@heintz it has a lot more protein than cow's milk
by (8.5k points)
@cittern no. It does not. “One difference to keep in mind when comparing almond milk vs. milk is that real milk, including fat free, flavored and organic, provides 8 times more naturally occurring, high-quality protein in every 8-ounce glass. ”
by (2.2k points)
I agree - almond milk is not higher in protein than cow's milk. There are pros and cons to both, I guess - boils down to personal preference.  I like using ultra filtered milk. It has a lot less sugar and more protein than regular milk.
by (13.9k points)
@heintz Lower points and it's non-dairy.
by (4.1k points)
@heintz I like it because it’s non dairy, and unsweetened. I do not do well with dairy.

@tullius yeah but it tastes disgusting. zero fat milk. yuck.
