Post dinner , this monster in me awakens which needs to snack till it drops . Sometimes I just go and brush my teeth right after my dinner . Download some interesting shows to watch , just to distract myself . Most of the time it works. Sometimes I just give in and eat whatever is around . If there is nothing to eat , there I eat ‘Milo’ (eat the powder) , pickle .
