When I eat most of my weeklies, I will loose more weight. I have to fight my brain because it tells me the less I eat the better. That is a struggle for me. I think everyone’s body works different. Find out how yours works. If I’m craving something, I use my weeklies on half of it. Cures my craving without my binging on that item. (ice cream‍♀️). Learn how your body works.

I never used one and it was still slow. Each person is different so the best thing is to use moderately and see how they affect to journey

I use some to most. I've had times when I didn't use them and my loss was not as good. I've heard from workshop leaders many times that you should use them and you will see better results.

Either or they are there to be used, granted you can only use 4 a day, but they help
