I think I had seen on here someone bought Netflix and Hulu gift cards to pay for their subscription? Our local grocery store has buy $50 in gift cards get 20 cents off per gallon. Can I purchase the gift cards and pay for my current subscription? I don't want to have to purchase a new subscription.

Yes! I get hulu and googleplay (YoutubeTV) gift cards at Sam's Club! Cheaper, AND rewards!

Just asking because I’ve never heard of this before. What would be the perk of doing this instead of just paying for it from your bank account?

@toname933 some people also do it with their Target Red card and if you purchase enough for a year you essentially get a month free with the 5% you get
