You can send a complaint to Google if you have registered trademark docs

No. You can't. Targeting competitor by keyword is allowed. Only if they use your name in the Ad copy can you take action.

yes, indeed, you can only ban the usage in ad text. You can also try to enlarge snippet to be more visible than your competitors, e. g. sitelinks or other ad extensions which are quite helpful.

Create better ads, better keyword combinations, better landing pages, and have a bigger budget. Outrank and outbid them. If they are using your brand name in their ads copy that would be a no no if you are trademarked. There you have a legal stand and could get them to stop using your name. If they are simply targeting your brand name as a keyword there is not a thing you can do about that as it is not illegal nor is it against Google's rules.

Unclear. are they using your brand name in their ads or are they targeting your brand name as a keyword, or both.

Put a campaign live on their branded keywords. Wait a couple of days, and then contact them to make an agreement to don't advertise on eachother branded keywords.

-always- set up a branded campaign. To prevent things like this. But also to create a storefront for returning users and generate conversions that will feed the machine the right data.

As mentioned above, always have a brand campaign set up. Your cpc's will be super low. You can also create conquesting/competitor campaigns to bid on their brand as well and then make a deal with the competitors to not bid on each others brands. This sometimes works but if not, set your min bids on your brand campaign high enough so that the competitor will end up spending more money on your brand --- eventually, your brand will be too expensive for them to bid on and they will probably stop bidding on your terms

*Always* having a branded campaign is a sleazy way for Ad managers to get, what appear to be, better conversion numbers for clients. *Sometimes* having a branded campaign, if the need is there, demonstrates better integrity.

SEO on your brand plus branded campaign it will hurt them bad -- their quality score will plummet and it will be very expensive for them to advertise on your keywords

Hi everyone International bidding: if I target users and locations in India, and my local currency is USD, are my keyword bids calculated at the going rate for advertisers in India bidding on the same keywords, or at the rate at which international advertisers are competing in the same auction?
