Restart #986 today: Quarantine has been killing me. I fell right back into terrible stress-eating habits and bought way too many processed foods as my way of coping. But. I ordered my wedding dress last night! So now I need to get my habits under control so I can actually fit into it come July! That's probably the best motivation I could have right now. My question is. I just bought a stationary bike off Amazon. I know I can't do hard workouts during phase 1. I'm planning on just leisurely pedaling while watching TV before I lose my mind sitting on my couch. I don't have to do anything differently right? No extra packets or anything since I won't be breaking a sweat or burning tons of calories?
