Restart #986 today: Quarantine has been killing me. I fell right back into terrible stress-eating habits and bought way too many processed foods as my way of coping. But. I ordered my wedding dress last night! So now I need to get my habits under control so I can actually fit into it come July! That's probably the best motivation I could have right now. My question is. I just bought a stationary bike off Amazon. I know I can't do hard workouts during phase 1. I'm planning on just leisurely pedaling while watching TV before I lose my mind sitting on my couch. I don't have to do anything differently right? No extra packets or anything since I won't be breaking a sweat or burning tons of calories?

In the same struggle as you. I'm restarting today even though my plan is phasing off or looking in to ipa. Don't want to derail my current progress but I've been going crazy during this quarantine and I can tell the effect it's had. Carbs are bad.

@corrincorrina that's what I thought. I don't plan on doing anything strenuous at all until phase 4

Exercise that doesn't raise your heart rate or get you out of breath is perfectly fine. Nothing extra needed.
